申請文件（預研生及準研究生需另附教務處提供之證明文件） Application Documents (Pre-graduate and prospective graduate students must provide additional certification from the Office of Academic Affairs)：
01 申請表 Application Form (點擊此處下載 Click to download) 02 論文、作品接受函（或相關證明文件） Letter of Acceptance for the Paper or Work (or other relevant supporting documents) 03 論文全文或作品參展說明文件 Full Paper or Exhibition Documentation 04 會議議程表（註明發表人與發表時段） Conference Agenda (underlining the presenter and period of publication) 05 國科會申請未獲補助證明文件（大學部學生、 預研生、準研究生及參加國內國際學術會議學生免附國科會申請未獲補助證明文件。） Supporting documents of Unsuccessful NSTC Funding Application (Exemptions apply to undergraduate students, pre-graduate students, prospective graduate students, and students participating in domestic international academic conferences.)

核銷文件 Reimbursement Documents： 01 心得報告 Reflection Report (點擊此處下載 Click to download) 02 領款收據 Receipt for Payment (點擊此處下載 Click to download) 03 機票核銷單據 Airfare Reimbursement Receipts 04 參與學術會議核銷註冊費者，需檢附註冊費收據正本。 For reimbursement of conference registration fees,applicants must submit the original receipt for the registration fee. 05 若搭乘外國航空公司，請檢附搭乘外國籍航空公司班機申請書紙本正本。 If a foreign airline is used, please submit the original hard copy of the Application Form for Taking a Foreign Airline Flight.(點擊此處下載 Click to download) ※僑外生請注意：本筆獎補助款項屬於個人其他收入，學校將一律先行代扣20%之稅金，請一併繳交學生證及居留證正反面影本。 Attention for Overseas Chinese and International Students: This subsidy is categorized as personal miscellaneous income, and the University will withhold 20% income tax. Please also submit copies of both sides of your student ID card and Alien Resident Certificate (ARC). 詳細說明及相關附件請參照以下網址或 QR Code。 Please refer to the following link or QR code.
注意事項 Notes： 01 最遲應於活動開始七日前檢具申請文件，向國際事務處提出申請。 Applicants must submit the required application documents to the OIA at least seven days before the start of the activity. 02獲獎補助之本校生須於活動結束後十五日內，檢據及檢附學生參與國際性活動心得報告（電子檔與紙本各一份），至國際事務處辦理核銷。 Award or subsidy recipients must submit the required receipts and a reflection report (one electronic and one hard copy) to the OIA within fifteen days after the activity concludes for reimbursement.
