工作證申請

外國學生在臺讀書期間如有工讀或實習需求，應依「就業服務法」第43、50、68、73條及雇主聘僱外國人工作許可及管理辦法相關規定辦理申請工作許可後，才可在臺工讀。違反「就業服務法」第43條，無工作許可證打工，除依同法第68條第1項處新臺幣三萬元以上十五萬元以下之罰鍰外，嚴重可依「禁止外國人入國作業規定」第四點，立即遣返出境處分，三年內不能入臺。

Work Permit application

For international students who wish to work in Taiwan (either on campus or off campus), they are required to apply for and obtain the work permit before starting work. Please note that if you hold a job without applying for the work permit, you may be fined for NT$30,000 – 150,000

應備文件及填寫表格（請依序排列）：

1. •本校之教學研究單位須外國留學生協助參與工作或與本身修習課程有關，須從事校外實習之證明(證明書下載)。
2. •學生證影本（須加蓋當學期註冊章）。
3. •有效期間之護照影本、居留證正反面影本。
4. •繳交審查費,請使用ATM轉帳(須加收手續費)

• Scanning of your student ID Card (both sides) with the registration stamp for the current semester in the back.
• Scanning of your ARC (both sides).
• Scanning of your passport, if your passport expired while in Taiwan and you renewed it, please upload both.
• Transaction receipt issued by the ATM if needed.

辦理工作許可證時效：

外國留學生、僑生及港澳生其申請工作許可，許可期間最長為6個月，其工作時間除寒暑假外，每星期最長為20小時；學生因休學、退學、畢業已不具有在學身分者，若工作許可證仍在有效期限內，應將工作許可證繳回學校輔導單位。
 

• 上學期申請者，許可證之期限至次年3月31日止。
• 下學期申請者，許可證之期限至同年9月30日止。
• 過期須重新申請，未依規定者，依法廢止其工作許可。
• Work permit duration: maximum of 6 months
• Apply period: First semester: apply anytime during the semester. On the website select duration from October the 1st to March 30th of the next year.
• Second semester: apply anytime during the semester. On the website select duration from April 1st to September 30th of the same year.
• Weekly working hours: max. 20 hrs (except for winter/summer break)
