2025秋季班海外研修行前說明會圓滿舉行

——宜大學子啟航國際，邁向嶄新學習旅程

       國立宜蘭大學國際事務處於6月11日舉辦「2025秋季班海外研修行前說明會」，十餘位即將赴波蘭、日本、中國、韓國等姊妹校交換學習的同學齊聚一堂，現場氣氛熱絡，充滿對國際旅程的期待與彼此的祝福。

       國際處勉勵學生珍惜這次得來不易的交換機會，並強調交換學生不僅代表個人，更肩負學校與國家的形象。交換計畫的核心是促進學術交流與國際合作，而非單純的旅遊或實習，盼同學全力以赴、拓展視野，展現宜大學子的優質素養與國際禮儀。

       本次說明會內容涵蓋行前重要準備，包括護照與簽證辦理、航班與旅平險及相關資訊提供、外交部與陸委會出國登錄流程、各國入境規定與攜帶物品限制等。國際處也提醒同學抵達海外後應主動回報平安、修課需符合交換學校科系要求，兼顧專業與通識學習。

      返國後，學生須提交心得與經驗分享，為未來學弟妹提供寶貴參考，也為本校國際交流累積實質成果。會後的交流與群組建立，更讓學生在異地也能彼此支持、不孤單。

國際事務處將持續推動國際學習機會，協助學生走向世界，拓展學術與人生的寬廣版圖。預祝所有即將出發的同學順利圓滿、滿載而歸！

The International Affairs Office of National Ilan University held a "2025 Fall Semester Overseas Study Pre-Orientation Session" on June 11. More than a dozen students who will be going to sister universities in Poland, Japan, China, South Korea and other countries for exchange studies gathered together. The atmosphere was warm and full of expectations for the international journey and blessings to each other.

The International Affairs Office encouraged students to cherish this hard-won exchange opportunity and emphasized that exchange students not only represent themselves, but also shoulder the image of the school and the country. The core of the exchange program is to promote academic exchanges and international cooperation, rather than simply travel or internships. We hope that students will go all out, broaden their horizons, and demonstrate the high-quality qualities and international etiquette of students at National Ilan University.

The content of this briefing covers important preparations before traveling, including passport and visa processing, flight and travel insurance and related information, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Mainland Affairs Council's overseas registration process, entry regulations of various countries and restrictions on carry-on items, etc. The International Affairs Office also reminds students to proactively report safety after arriving overseas, and to take courses that meet the requirements of the exchange school's department, taking into account both professional and general studies.

After returning to their home countries, students are required to submit their thoughts and experience sharing, which can provide valuable references for future junior students and also accumulate substantial results for the international exchange of our school. The exchanges and group building after the meeting can also allow students to support each other and not feel lonely in a foreign place.

The Office of International Affairs will continue to promote international learning opportunities to help students go out into the world and expand their academic and life horizons. We wish all students who are about to leave a smooth and successful journey!
