梁辰瑋國際交流組長參訪關東學院大學　深化合作並探討雙聯學位

　　國立宜蘭大學國際事務處梁辰瑋國際交流組長於114年9月19日前往日本姐妹校關東學院大學參訪，由該校國際中心長，也是該校建築環境學部教授奧聡一郎親自接待。雙方就現有合作進行交流，並進一步鞏固彼此關係。會中除回顧過往的學術互動與學生交換成果外，雙方亦就未來推動工學院相關領域的雙聯學位合作進行討論，展現共同拓展國際學術連結的積極意願。

關東學院大學於1884年創校，至今已逾140年。該校以基督教精神為根基，注重人格教育，現設有11個學院、14個系所、9個學程及5個碩士課程，為一所綜合大學。除教育與研究外，該校亦積極推動在地連結、國際交流、體育與文化活動及志工服務，並致力營造良好的校內外學習環境，支持學生全面成長。

此次參訪不僅強化兩校的夥伴關係，也為深化學術合作及學生跨國學習機會奠定良好基礎。

NIU’s Section Chief of International Exchange, Mr. Liang Chen-Wei, Visits Kanto Gakuin University to Deepen Cooperation and Explore Dual Degree Programs

On September 19, 2025, Mr. Liang Chen-Wei, Section Chief of International Exchange at the Office of International Affairs, National Ilan University (NIU), visited Kanto Gakuin University (KGU), a sister university in Japan. He was warmly received by Professor Soichiro Oku, Director of the International Center and faculty member of the College of Architecture and Environmental Design. Both parties engaged in discussions to strengthen their existing collaboration and further consolidate the partnership. In addition to reviewing past academic exchanges and student mobility achievements, the two institutions also explored opportunities to establish dual degree programs in the field of engineering, demonstrating their shared commitment to expanding international academic ties.

Founded in 1884, Kanto Gakuin University has a history spanning over 140 years. Rooted in Christian values and emphasizing character education, the university now comprises 11 colleges, 14 departments, 9 academic programs, and 5 master’s programs, making it a comprehensive institution. Beyond education and research, KGU actively promotes community engagement, international exchange, sports and cultural activities, and volunteer services, all while striving to create a supportive learning environment both on and off campus to foster students’ holistic development.

This visit not only strengthened the partnership between the two universities but also laid a solid foundation for deepening academic collaboration and expanding cross-border learning opportunities for students.
